1. Agreement and operator
These terms govern your use of the agentics.azourellc.com website (the "Site"). By accessing the Site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by Agentics, the AI solutions division of Azoure LLC, established in March 2025 in the Qatar Financial Centre, Lusail, Qatar. Agentics provides services within Azoure's QFC-licensed activities. Agentics does not provide real estate brokerage services.
2. The Site is information, not an engagement
Nothing on the Site is an offer, a solicitation, an invitation to do business with us, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, or a recommendation regarding any security or transaction. Website content is general information and does not take account of the objectives, financial situation or needs of any particular person.
Services are provided only under a separate written engagement letter or services agreement. The terms of that agreement prevail over these terms in respect of the services it covers, and it is the agreement that defines our scope, responsibilities and fees — not this website.
3. Permitted use
You may browse the Site and download material for your own internal business use. You may not:
- use the Site in a way that breaches applicable law, or that infringes the rights of others;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any system connected to it, including by probing, scanning or circumventing access controls;
- interfere with, disrupt or overload the Site, or use automated means to extract content at a rate that degrades it for others;
- frame the Site within another page, misrepresent your affiliation with Azoure or Agentics, or use our marks without written permission;
- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or extract source material from any Agentics software or demonstration environment, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
4. AI systems and the nature of their output
Agentics builds agentic AI systems. We are explicit about their characteristics, because you should not have to discover them during a live mandate:
- Output supports judgement; it does not replace it. Agent output may be incomplete, imprecise or wrong. It requires review by a qualified person before it is relied upon or communicated to a third party.
- Source material governs. The reliability of any output depends on the quality and currency of the underlying data. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or currency of third-party information an agent retrieves.
- Confidence is explicit. Where an agent operates outside its confidence threshold it is designed to escalate rather than answer. That behaviour is a feature of the system, not a defect.
- Auditability is a commitment. For client engagements we maintain the source trail, action log and human review record described in our security documentation, for the duration of the agreed retention period.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, text, graphics, code, marks and the names "Agentics" and "Azoure" are owned by or licensed to Azoure LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Site for legitimate business purposes in accordance with these terms. We retain all other rights.
Nothing in these terms transfers any right in our underlying technology, methodologies, models, prompts or agent architectures, all of which remain the property of Azoure LLC. Engagement terms may grant you a limited licence to use deliverable configurations within your own organisation; those terms are set out in the relevant engagement document.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites, including event and industry resources. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link is provided for convenience and does not imply endorsement.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content will be complete or current. We may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time without notice. Product descriptions, capabilities and availability indicators are indicative and do not constitute a binding commitment to deliver a specific feature or performance level.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azoure LLC, Agentics and their personnel and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Azoure LLC against reasonable costs and losses arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. The courts of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, save that Azoure LLC may seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its confidential information or intellectual property.
11. Regulatory notice
Azoure provides strategic, transaction and corporate finance advisory services within its QFC-licensed activities in the Qatar Financial Centre. Agentics is the AI solutions division of Azoure LLC and does not conduct regulated financial activity independently of its parent. Agentics does not provide real estate brokerage services.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and the revised terms apply from that date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
