Privacy Policy
How Agentics collects, uses, protects and retains personal data — written to be read, not to be survived.
Last updated: 1 November 2026 · Applies to agentics.azourellc.com
1. Who we are
Agentics is the AI solutions division of Azoure LLC, established in March 2025 and based in the Qatar Financial Centre, Lusail, Qatar. For the purposes of this policy, Azoure LLC is the data controller. Agentics operates as a division of the parent and does not act as a separate controller for the personal data described here.
Azoure provides services within its licensed activities in the Qatar Financial Centre and is subject to the regulatory framework applicable to those activities. Where the GDPR or equivalent legislation applies to you, we apply the protections described in this policy in addition to those requirements.
2. What we collect
We collect only what is necessary to respond to you and to deliver our services:
- Enquiry data. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, organisation, work email, role, area of interest and the message you provide.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard request logs including IP address, browser type and requested page, for security and diagnostics.
- Client data. If you engage us, we process the documents and records you or your organisation provide, under a separate written engagement and data processing terms.
We do not ask for, and request that you do not send, confidential deal information through the contact form. If you do, we will delete it on receipt.
3. How we use your data, and on what basis
- To respond to your enquiry and to arrange a meeting or demonstration.
- To maintain the security, integrity and availability of this website.
- To comply with our regulatory, record-keeping and legal obligations, including applicable QFC requirements.
- To keep a record of professional correspondence relating to our mandates.
Our lawful bases are the performance of a step taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, the legitimate interests of Azoure in responding to business enquiries and securing our systems, and compliance with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry data for advertising purposes.
4. Automated systems and artificial intelligence
Agentics builds agentic AI systems. We are explicit about how that applies to your data:
- Your data is never used to train shared or third-party models. Client and enquiry data is excluded from model training, including where our infrastructure involves third-party model providers.
- Private deployment is the default for client engagements. Models are deployed within your environment or against a dedicated private instance with no shared inference path.
- Agent actions are logged. Where you interact with an Agentics system, actions may be recorded for audit, security and quality purposes, under the retention terms agreed with you.
- Human review governs decisions. Automated output supports professional judgement; it does not replace it, and it is not investment, legal or financial advice.
5. Sharing and subprocessors
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our instructions under written terms, and only where necessary to operate our business. These include our hosting and infrastructure providers, our email service provider, and — where an engagement requires it — approved model and hosting providers operating under private deployment terms. We do not disclose personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
6. International transfers
Azoure is established in Qatar and conducts its principal operations from the Qatar Financial Centre. Where an engagement requires the transfer of personal data outside Qatar, we ensure that transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards, which may include contractual protections or an approved transfer mechanism, and we record the basis for the transfer in the engagement record.
7. Retention
- Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from the last substantive correspondence, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Client engagement records are retained for the period required by applicable regulatory and professional record-keeping obligations, which for advisory mandates is generally seven years.
- Operational logs are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically.
8. Security
We apply the same security standard to personal data as we apply to the systems we build for clients: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, segregation of duties, logged and reversible actions, and a defined retention schedule. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not describe ours as such — but the controls behind this website reflect the standard expected of a firm operating inside the Qatar Financial Centre.
9. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability where applicable. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis relied upon. We respond to requests within the period permitted by applicable law and will not charge for a request unless it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
10. Cookies
This website sets no advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies. We use only functional storage required to operate the site. If we introduce measurement tools in future, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain consent before doing so.
11. Children
This website and our services are intended for business users and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our processing changes or the law requires it. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting an existing client will be notified directly.
13. Contact and complaints
For any privacy question, to exercise a right, or to complain about how we have handled your data, contact us at contact@azourellc.com or write to Azoure LLC, Qatar Financial Centre, Lusail, Qatar. You also have the right to complain to the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority or the competent data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
