From the strategic minds at Azoure comes Agentics — the AI division powering
our internal advisory workflows, now available for Real Estate and Personal
Assistant applications.
Agentics was not built in a lab. It was developed to solve the data, due
diligence and workflow problems that surface inside a financial advisory
firm — where every conclusion must survive review, and every number must
be defensible. That is the hardest environment an AI system can be
introduced into, and it is the one our systems run in every day.
We use it ourselves. That means it is secure, reliable, and commercially
tested under real advisory pressure.
Agentics engineering principle
Proven
Financial advisory, under load
Inside Azoure, agents assemble comparable-company and precedent-transaction
evidence, normalise financial models across jurisdictions, and read across
the working papers behind a valuation. Research that once meant days of
manual gathering arrives in hours — with the source trail an associate
can audit line by line.
Proven
Decision-grade output
An advisory conclusion is only worth what its evidence is worth. Agentics
is built to show its work: every figure traces to a source, every
assumption is flagged, and anything outside the agent's confidence is
escalated to a human rather than smoothed over.
Proven
Process, not just a model
The hard part of deploying AI in a regulated business was never the
model. It was the handover — how an agent joins a team, what it may
act on alone, and where it must stop and ask. We solved that inside a
live advisory practice, so our clients inherit the answer.
Solutions
Three ways to put agents to work
Each product starts from a defined commercial problem, not a technology
demonstration. The same architecture, the same security standard, three
different domains.
01
Real Estate AI
Agents that read the whole market before you make an offer. Agentics
combines comparable evidence, absorption rates and live listing data into
valuation models your team can interrogate — then reads the contract for
the clauses that will cost you later.
Automated property valuation models
Tenant screening agents
Market trend forecasting
Contract and clause analysis
BenefitClose deals faster with data-backed precision.
Agentics supplies software to real estate professionals. It does not provide real estate brokerage services.
02
Personal Assistant AI
A private layer between a busy inbox and a valuable day. Agentics handles
the scheduling negotiation, the travel logistics and the research brief,
so the only thing left on the calendar is the work that genuinely needs
you in the room.
Executive scheduling and negotiation
Email triage and prioritisation
Travel logistics and itineraries
Confidential research agents
BenefitReclaim executive time for high-value strategic thinking.
Deployed privately, with per-principal permissions and no training on your correspondence.
03
Custom Enterprise Agents
Most problems are not off-the-shelf. We start from your process the way
Azoure starts from a mandate: agreed objectives, defined scope, named
responsibilities. Then we build the agents, the guardrails and the handover
that make it work on Monday morning.
Process mapping and agent design
Integration with existing systems
Guardrails, escalation and review
Advisory methodology applied
BenefitBespoke workflows, engineered against a proven advisory method.
Typically delivered as a scoped pilot, then scaled once the evidence supports it.
Technology & Security
Enterprise-grade. Confidential. Secure.
Agentics inherits the security posture of a QFC-licensed advisory firm,
because it was built by one. Confidentiality, auditability and control are
not a compliance layer added afterwards — they are the requirements the
system was designed around from the first line of code.
Private LLM deployment
Run models inside your own environment or against a dedicated private
instance with no shared inference path. Prompts, documents and outputs
never enter a public pool.
Encryption & data residency
Data encrypted in transit and at rest, with tenant isolation and regional
residency options that keep regulated material inside the jurisdiction
your counsel requires.
Role-based access control
Every agent action is scoped to a role, logged and reversible. Segregation
of duties is enforced in software, not merely described in a policy
document.
No training on client data
Your documents are never used to train shared or third-party models.
Retention windows are defined per engagement and enforced automatically
at expiry.
Responsible deployment, not a footnote. As a QFC-licensed
advisory firm, Azoure is bound by governance, confidentiality and record-keeping
obligations that most technology vendors are not. Agentics is built to meet
them — which is precisely why it is trusted with the work it does.
Use Cases
A day in the life, with agents
Three working scenarios drawn from how the systems are actually used —
one in advisory, one in real estate, one at the level of an executive's day.
Azoure · live mandateMulti-jurisdiction
The diligence room opens. The questions are already drafted.
A new mandate begins with a folder of contracts, financials, a capitalisation
table and years of correspondence. The agent reads across all of it, reconciles
the inconsistencies, and prepares the first-pass questions — so the team
starts at the questions that matter rather than at page one.
Ingest & indexEvery document parsed, categorised and cross-referenced against the entity structure.
ReconcileFigures that disagree are identified, and the source of each discrepancy is surfaced.
EscalateMaterial findings are ranked and routed to the responsible adviser with the evidence attached.
Brokerage teamPre-viewing
A defensible view on a district, before the client walks through the door.
A broker needs to price a unit the client is about to see. The agent pulls
comparable transactions, adjusts for the specific property, tests the result
against current absorption, and returns a valuation range with the supporting
evidence attached — thirty seconds of work that used to occupy the better
part of a morning.
Select comparablesMatching transactions ranked by unit type, size, location and recency of sale.
Adjust & testAdjustments applied transparently, then sanity-checked against live market absorption.
Deliver with evidenceA valuation range and a written rationale the client can read and the team can defend.
PrincipalMulti-party scheduling
The afternoon collapses. The assistant rebuilds it before anyone notices.
A client's call moves, and it takes three other meetings with it. The
assistant finds the slot, checks the diaries of everyone involved, moves the
meeting that can move, keeps the one that cannot, and re-confirms the
logistics — all before the first notification lands in anyone's inbox.
Read the constraintPriority, travel, focus time and non-negotiables are read from the brief, not assumed.
Solve the chainOne request is expanded into the full set of affected meetings and participants.
Confirm cleanlyChanges are proposed, not silently applied — the principal keeps the final word.
As seen at Web Summit Qatar 2026
Built for the region the summit is shaping.
Web Summit Qatar is the fastest-growing technology gathering in the region,
held each February at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre. Its 2026
edition — the third — was the largest yet, drawing a record
30,274 participants, 1,637 startups
and 931 investors from 127 countries.
That is the environment Agentics is built for. A market where buyers
evaluate on enterprise readiness rather than demonstration theatre, where
governance is a purchasing criterion, and where a regional supplier is
competing against imports on equal terms.

Next edition
The organisers are announcing the 2027 schedule. We are building towards
it, and we would rather have the first conversation before the doors open
than after. If you are attending, or if your team is evaluating agentic
systems this year, we should talk.
Mohammad founded Azoure in 2025, bringing three decades of international
principal investing, corporate leadership and transaction advisory to a firm
built on a single idea: expertise assembled around the mandate. Agentics is
that idea applied to software.
Azoure was established in March 2025 within the Qatar Financial Centre in
Lusail, providing strategic, transaction and corporate finance advisory to
companies, entrepreneurs, business owners and family offices. Early in that
work, the same operational problem surfaced repeatedly: the analysis was
sound, but the research, the reconciliation and the assembly of the evidence
were slow, manual and difficult to scale.
Rather than wait for a technology partner to build it, Azoure built it. That
decision — to be the first customer of our own systems — is the reason
Agentics exists in this form, and the reason it behaves the way it does in
practice.
We don't just deploy AI; we deploy it with the strategic intent and fiduciary
responsibility of a financial advisory firm.
Mohammad Tayyem — Founder, Azoure & Agentics
Operating from the Qatar Financial Centre, Lusail — within the QFC-licensed activities of our parent.
Building for a knowledge-based economy where regional capability is the goal, not an export by-product.
Every engagement is bespoke. The same discipline applies to software as it does to a mandate.
See it run on your workflow.
Thirty minutes, your process, your constraints. We will show you what the
system does with material it has never seen before.
Tell us what you are trying to automate and we will come back with a
considered view on whether agents are the right instrument — and what
deploying them safely would actually involve.
Agentics is the AI solutions division of Azoure LLC. Azoure provides services
within its QFC-licensed activities and does not provide real estate brokerage
services.
